THE PROJECT

Outline Design Office was engaged to create a Concept Package for a future workplace which would excite the client and provide confidence in the building selection and workplace that could be created within it.

Consideration was given to the building opportunities and constraints.  Outline Design Office added value to the process through translation of the client’s requirements and incorporation of elements to communicate the companies brand and vision.  The resulting concept package enabled the contractor to create a detailed cost plan and programme to deliver the design.
